Brady House circa 1885
Patrick Brady Guestroom: This corner room features a Renaissance Revival walnut veneered 1870s high-back queen-sized bed, writing desk, marble topped dresser & washstand, Victorian settee and private bathroom in a room filled with light from four large windows overlooking front porch and courtyard. Airbed available for $25 per night.
$ 129-159 double occupancy. Max capacity 3. Add $25 for third person or airbed.
Sarah Brady Guestroom: Our most requested room is often featured in magazines. It features an ornate Rococo/Renaissance Revival antique queen bed, marble top dresser and side tables, and private bathroom. Decorated in soft pastels of peach and blue, this romantic, intimate room includes a love-seat, fireplace, and armoire.
$ 135-159 double occupancy. Max capacity 3. Add $25 for extra person/airbed.
McIntyre Guestroom: The former dining room offers privacy - it is the only guest room on that side of the home, comfort, and over-sized spaciousness matched by the grandeur of the Eastlake Bedroom Suite with marble topped bureau and matching washstand. The furniture was acquired from Robin’s Nest, a plantation just outside of town. In addition to the queen bed flanked by marble-topped side tables, the room features comfortable armchairs, the original fireplace with an 1840 Connecticut Mantel Clock, and mini-fridge. The large private bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks also features an authentic claw foot tub.
$ 159-189 double occupancy. Max capacity 3. Add $25 for extra person/airbed.
Southwing Cottage: Courtyard Rooms
Lady's Guestroom: This feminine room features a turn of the century high-backed queen bed, marble top dresser and washstand, fireplace, an upholstered occasional chair and a large private bathroom. The quilt covered “sofa” with its lacy white pillows is actually a daybed that can be utilized for additional sleeping capacity if needed. This room opens to the covered porch overlooking the courtyard.
$ 139 - 165 double occupancy. Max capacity 4. Add $25 per extra person/daybed.
Gentleman's Guestroom: Hunt club prints set the tone for this masculine room with its 1940s bedroom suite. Faux leather walls, with accents of hunter green and burgundy, set off the queen-sized mahogany bed, matching bureaus, and fireplace. Private bathroom with hand-painted mural, handicap accessible toilet and large walk-in shower. This room opens to the covered porch overlooking the courtyard.
$129 - 159 double occupancy. Max capacity 3. Add $25 for extra person/airbed.
Southwing Cottage: Garden Rooms and Suite Combinations
Ida Elisabeth Guestroom: This corner room features a queen-sized Victorian bed with marble-topped dresser, fireplace, closet, dresser with writing desk, and large private bath. Opening to the covered porch overlooking the Southwing Garden, rocking chairs invite you to relax after a day spent exploring Madison.

Frances Brady Guestroom: The perfect room for friends or family. Antique garden trellises form the headboards for two double-sized beds.
