Brady House circa 1885
Patrick Brady Guestroom: This corner room features a Renaissance Revival walnut veneered 1870s high-back queen-sized bed, writing desk, marble topped dresser, washstand and private bathroom. Victorian settee and rocker provide seating in a room filled with light from four large windows overlooking front porch and courtyard. Airbed available for $25 per night.
$ 129-159 double occupancy. Max capacity 3. Add $25 for third person or airbed.
Sarah Brady Guestroom: Our most requested room, often featured in magazines. Its ornate Rococo/Renaissance Revival antique queen bed, marble top dresser and side tables, and private bathroom. Decorated in soft pastels of peach and blue, this romantic, intimate room includes a love-seat, fireplace, and armoire.
$ 135-159 double occupancy. Max capacity 3. Add $25 for extra person/airbed.
McIntyre Guestroom: The former dining room offers privacy - it is the only guest room on that side of the home, comfort, and over-sized spaciousness matched by the grandeur of the Eastlake Bedroom Suite with marble topped bureau and matching washstand. The furniture was acquired from Robin’s Nest, a plantation just outside of town. In addition to the queen bed flanked by marble-topped side tables, the room features comfortable armchairs, the original fireplace with an 1840 Connecticut Mantel Clock, and mini-fridge. The large private bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks also features an authentic claw foot tub.
$ 159-189 double occupancy. Max capacity 3. Add $25 for extra person/airbed.
Southwing Cottage: Courtyard Rooms
Lady's Guestroom: This feminine room features a turn of the century high-backed queen bed, marble top dresser and washstand, fireplace, an upholstered occasional chair and a large private bathroom. The quilt covered “sofa” with its lacy white pillows is actually a daybed that can be utilized for additional sleeping capacity if needed. This room opens to the covered porch overlooking the courtyard.
$ 139 - 165 double occupancy. Max capacity 4. Add $25 per extra person/daybed.
Gentleman's Guestroom: Hunt club prints set the tone for this masculine room with its 1940s bedroom suite. Faux leather walls, with accents of hunter green and burgundy, set off the queen-sized mahogany bed, matching bureaus, and fireplace. The large private bathroom showcases a hand-painted mural and a handicap accessible toilet and walk-in shower with hand-held or stand-under shower heads. This room opens to the covered porch overlooking the courtyard.
$129 - 159 double occupancy. Max capacity 3. Add $25 for extra person/airbed.

Online reservations are not accepted less than 48 hours before check-in or more than 90 days from today. Any request will be considered an inquiry until we accept and confirm a reservation. Call us at 706-342-4400.
For one or two rooms, a credit card holds your reservation. You will be charged when you arrive and may use that card or an alternate form of payment.
We do not participate in third party gift card programs like Bedand Breakfast.com at this time.
If cancellation occurs after the specified date, the full amount may be charged to the holding credit card. If we are able to refill the room/s, we will charge a fee of $25 per room and waive the balance due.
Cancellations for reservations which do not fall on special events: For one to two rooms, a credit card number to hold the room/s or a deposit for one night's stay is required at the time of reservation. Your deposit will be happily refunded or applied to a new date if 48 hour cancellation notice is received.
Cancellations falling on special event dates including but not limited to Home/Kitchen Tours, BRAG, UGA graduation, Madison Fest, UGA home football games and Fall Math Conference require a two week cancellation notice; Masters require a two-month notice.
For stays longer than 3 days or requiring three or more rooms, a deposit equal to 50% is required upon reservation; the balance is due upon check-in. A two week cancellation policy will apply.
To reserve the entire Inn for an event at least 90 days away, a $250.00 “hold the date” deposit will secure the date and is refundable for the next 30 days. Within 30 days of holding the date, a reservation deposit of ½ the total amount less the $250.00 already paid is due. The balance will be due 60 days prior to the event. If the event is canceled at least 60 days before the reserved date, the reservation deposit minus $250.00 will be returned. After the 60 day notice has passed, no refund can be obtained.
